When Napoleon Hill wrote his best-selling classic Think and Grow Rich back in 1937, he planted his famous secret within its pages; actually, in two parts. The first part of the secret he revealed openly to his readers. However, the second part of the secret he did not openly reveal. Hill says however, that it will jump off the page when the reader is ready to receive it. Exactly what this secret is has been the subject of continuous discussion ever since.

It was around twenty years ago that I first read the book and I must have, quite simply, not been ready to receive the secret, because it certainly did not jump out of the page as the author suggested it would. In fact, even when I came back to the book, after many years, the secret still remained doggedly elusive, at least to me.

So I began to do a bit of research: you know, Google is your friend - right? Well, the results of that research were that whilst many people claimed to know the secret, generally there seemed to be quite a bit of disagreement about what it was. It made me think that perhaps there was no such secret at all and that I was probably just wasting my time.

However, at one stage, I had quite an insight. I remembered that Hill had said that people like William Wrigley Jr., John Wanamaker and William Jennings had all used the secret to become wealthy. So I figured that one way of finding out the secret for certain would be to work out what it was that they all did in common. Sadly, this line of investigation turned out to be completely fruitless.

One day, whilst speaking with a friend on this subject, I asked what he thought Napoleon Hills secret was; and his answer was to the effect that it was an individual and unique revelation. He said that the secret was a persons own decision about what success means to them ” individually. The idea certainly fits with my observations of the different interpretations that proliferate on the internet.

One day, however, it just came to me almost completely out-of-the-blue. Just as Hill had said, it leaped off-the-page, metaphorically, and stood before me. I knew, intuitively, that I was right as soon as the secret struck me; and I also knew at last why Hill had not just openly revealed it in the first place. So, will the secret make me rich?

Well, I began using the secret immediately; and I plan to use it in a more direct way in a project I have coming up in the near future. However, I can report that the use of the secret is indeed having a positive effect on the results I am getting right now, so I am convinced that I finally do have the real secret.

The cost of attending college can be great. Not everyone will receive enough scholarships or grants to cover the total cost of their education. This is where student loans come in. If you plan on studying abroad at some point in your college career Sallie Mae provides International student loans as well. There other options besides Sallie Mae. In the United States the government offers students other student loan options - PLUS loans and Stafford loans.

One of the most cost efficient student loans available for a student comes from the government in a Stafford loan. Stafford Loans offer the student a fixed interest rate that can be as low as 6%. This means the interest rate won’t change as the student pays off their student loan. Like most student loans the Stafford loan can be used on living expenses as well as tuition costs. A student needs to fill out a FAFSA for a change at getting a Stafford loan.

PLUS Loans also require that a FAFSA be filled out. They can be granted to undergraduates, graduate students, and even parents, with varying interest rates. Undergraduates can expect to pay the lowest rates with a PLUS loan. Both of these loans provide a great way to pay for college and offer great rates to give you affordable monthly payments.

These are a few student loan programs that are available to students. Finding a student loan can seem like a daunting task especially when looking at all the costs and numbers, but not everyone can get their education cost completely covered by scholarships and grants. By being consistent with your dog, and using reflex conditioning, it is possible to change any of his behaviour patterns. If you are not consistent your dog will get confused.

A set of cans on a string is great tool in helping to change the behavior. What we do is allow the bad behavior, make a sound with the string to stop it, and then praise him. This conditioning is the key to success.

What you do is create the sound every time bad behavior starts and follow that with praise. You will have to so this several times in order to change his conditioning. It takes persistence.

Now that you have the technique you can continue for ever to use it to condition him. In future if he makes a mistake in any of the training you have conditioned, it is probably more of a challenge to you as the boss.

Because the process is so enjoyable many people use it forever. Part of that comes from the satisfaction of successfully training our dog. Bear in mind, these are corrections and not the teaching of new behaviors.
